Who manages this site
Avira Agent is the trade name used on this website. The team operating it manages the processing described on this page. The identity and details of the contracting entity will be provided before a proposal or agreement is formalized. Email hola@aviraagent.ai with any request related to your data.
Information we handle
We only request information needed to reply to a business inquiry or protect the form.
- Your name, company, work email and the message you choose to send.
- A submission identifier used to prevent duplicate deliveries.
- Request and delivery metadata such as date, time, technical identifiers and delivery status.
- Technical and security signals —such as IP address, browser and challenge outcome— processed by Cloudflare infrastructure and Turnstile to prevent abuse.
- The contact-prompt state stored locally in your browser so it is not shown repeatedly.
- If you email hola@aviraagent.ai directly, the message and normal email metadata are also stored by the mailbox provider and in our working inbox.
Why we use it
We use your data to reply, understand whether there is a focused industrial use case, prepare the next step in a conversation and protect the site from automated abuse.
We do not sell your data, use it for behavioral advertising or subscribe you to marketing campaigns without a separate, explicit choice. We do not ask for sensitive data or confidential plant information.
Service providers
These services receive or process information to supply infrastructure, security and email delivery. Processing may occur outside your country under their terms and safeguards. The direct-mailbox provider will be identified here before that channel is enabled in production.
Cloudflare
Hosting, network services and Turnstile; it processes request metadata and signals needed to protect the form.
Resend
Receives form fields and delivery metadata to transmit the message; its policy describes retention and subprocessors.
Retention
We keep an inquiry only while needed to reply, follow the business relationship, meet applicable obligations or resolve security incidents. We review and delete information that no longer serves those purposes. Copies and logs held by service providers follow their own retention policies; you may request deletion of our copy at any time.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, deletion or objection to processing, or withdraw consent, by emailing hola@aviraagent.ai. To protect the data subject, we may request reasonable information to verify identity before completing the request.
Local storage and cookies
The site stores only the open, dismiss or submit state of the contact prompt in your browser. Turnstile may use storage or cookies strictly needed to verify that a submission comes from a person. As of this notice, we do not use advertising analytics or profiling cookies.
Security and confidentiality
We apply reasonable access, validation and delivery controls. No Internet system can guarantee absolute security; do not include industrial secrets, credentials, restricted drawings or confidential plant data in the public form.

We will publish material changes on this page and update the date shown above.
